Riverview Towers is a smoke-free apartment complex located at 500 Grand Avenue in Wausau, and has 149 one-bedroom apartments.  They are open to individuals or couples who meet the income requirements and are at least 62 years of age or are disabled. 

Apartments have a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. 

The Dining Room at Riverview Towers offers a noon-time meal, facilitated by the Aging and Disability Resource Center.  This meal is available to tenants 365 days a year at a suggested donation price. 

Security deposits are $200 or one-month's rent, whichever amount is greater.  Minimum rent is $50, and rent is based on 30% of a persons income.  Cats and small dogs are allowed, but must be up to date on shots as well as spayed/neutered.  Pets require an additional security deposit.  All utilities, other than phone and cable are included.

Income Requirements are based on annual limits set by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
