The Community Development Department occasionally has properties that are available for sale to low and moderate income households. 

Potential clients would need to meet posted income guidelines on specific property description pages.  Click on link below for more information on each property for sale.  If no properties are currently listed, please check back to see if new properties have become available.

We currently do not have any homes for sale at this time, however, we are in the process of building two new homes located at:

545 Evergreen Road, Wausau 

There will be open houses held on the following dates:

545 Evergreen Road - May 18th, 2012 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
1015 S. 5th Avenue - May 19th, 2012 from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
