N2N (Neighbor to Neighbor)
VISION STATEMENT: Wausau: Every Neighborhood clean, safe and connected:
MISSION STATEMENT: N2N supports neighborhoods working to improve safety and enhance quality of life.
The Mayor's N2N Committee was established in 2004. The Committee's purpose is to empower citizen neighborhood associations. The city of Wausau will offer and make available tactical support and informational resources to assist the committee in achieving its goals.
MEMBERSHIP: Five voting members to be appointed by the mayor, each to a two-year term, running concurrent with the terms of common council members. A committee chairperson shall be apointed by the mayor and the five appointed members are to be approved by the common council.
MEETINGS: Meetings are held once a month, the 3rd Friday at 7:45 a.m. in the Boardroom of City Hall
